By our count, Helium 10 has close to 30 tools and features in its suite and more seem to come popping out all the time. We haven’t used all of the tools but we have used many of them and can say that they are essential for serious Amazon sellers.

When it comes to product research, Helium 10 is one of the best tools out there. It contains a number of sub tools that help you achieve a strong understanding of a product’s potential in its market. Whether you are looking at competitor products or wanting to understand market sizing, Helium 10 can do this.
One of the most useful parts of product research is competitor research. Helium 10 provides a useful chrome extension allowing you to browse Amazon and pull up key stats on competitor listings. This tool called X-ray seen below, allows you to get a deep understanding of market depth and sales per product.
Two other great tools in the research suite are Cerebro and Magnet. Cerebro is a reverse product lookup tool. This means you can put any product listing into this tool and it immediately allows you to see all the keywords driving traffic to this product. You can use this data to understand which keywords to optimize your product for.
Magnet is similar to Cerebro, but takes its starting point from one keyword to generate other keyword ideas. This allows you to get a deep understanding of how your customer base is searching for products. Below is a screenshot of a Magnet search for Backpacks’.
Helium 10 is jam packed with features. Aside from product research it is full of tools covering a range of the Amazon Sellers workflow. Some of our favourites include:
Keyword Tracker: This tool allows you to input keywords you want to rank your products organically for. The tool tracks rankings on Amazon over time allowing you to benchmark your keyword performance. This is very useful for informing your listing copy and Amazon PPC campaigns.
Scribbles: This is a listing optimisation tool which assists in real time while you write your listing to ensure you include the main keyword terms to help it rank.
Profits: This is a financial analytics tracker, similar to the features that sellerboard offers, however here it is rolled up into the Helium 10 suite which allows you to save time in one tool.
Amazon Attribution: This tool allows you to integrate off platform advertising. For example if you run facebook ads, this tool allows you to track conversions between the platforms and send accurate data back from Amazon to your marketing tool.
With so many features and tools we could spend all day writing about Helium 10. The reality is some tools are better suited to some sellers while others are not. If you need a swiss army knife of tools, Helium 10 has it. If you are looking for new products to launch regularly, Helium 10 is non-negotiable.
