Sellerboard is an essential tool for Amazon sellers that has a number of excellent features. Its main feature is its Profit Analytics dashboard that provides real time sales data. The dashboard is highly customizable and allows sellers to segment sales data by time, marketplace and product type.

Below we present some of the key features inside Sellerboard and take a deep dive into how and why you should use them. This is not an exhaustable list, just some of our favourites.
Sellerboard allows you to easily create a dashboard customized to the time periods that are meaningful to you. Once you have uploaded your product COG’s, Sellerboard does the rest. It pulls in all other relevant costs directly from Amazon and allows you to see sales, costs and profitability of your products in real time:

This allows you to get a handle of not only today’s current sales and profitability, but also the current month, last month and a forecast for the current full month.
Similarly you can pull up data for any particular product and review a full P&L statement on those products.
It’s critical to keep tabs on your inventory and if you are selling multiple products you need a tool to do this. Otherwise you are likely to stock out. Sellerboard uses algorithms to keep tabs of your inventory based on real time sales figures. Sellerboard is able to predict how many days of stock you have left and inform you when you need to send more units and even recommend units to send.
Forecasting this manually is next to impossible and you will likely end up going out of stock
Sellerboards planner also allows you to get a real time picture of your stock value. It allows you to balance stock ordered, stock in warehouse, stock in transit and stock in Amazon to get a full picture of the value of your business.
Another one of our favourite features is shipment tracking. We send many freight shipments to different Amazon FBA centres monthly and Sellerboard allows us to keep track of them in one dashboard.
The dashboard gives us visibility at any one time where all our shipments are in the world. Different team members can jump in and add notes allowing our whole team to stay updated on our shipment progress and ensure any issues are picked up quickly and resolved.
Sellerboard is an essential tool for Amazon sellers and it will help you get a lot more visibility into your business performance. Even if you used advanced accounting software, you will still not be able to see your stats as fast as you can in Sellerboard.
