After you checkout, I will be in touch either by email or phone to receive background info. on the account.  We can discuss key issues you have been having and would like to resolve and areas where you want me to focus on.

I will also require read only access to my email account

I will then review the account and have my findings back to you within 3 working days.

Deliverables:

I will deliver the audit either by video recording or by PDF document, based on your preference.  Both formats will be professional delivered in a way that can be shared with other internal or external stakeholders.

The audit will also include:

• A review of both the strategical setup of the account as well as a review of how well it has technically been setup
• Answers to any questions you have asked in the initial brief.
